Delete your AB English account

You can delete your AB English account (the website and the AB English: SAT & EST Prep app) at any time, free of charge.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

On the website

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On My account, scroll to Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Write to us from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We'll do it within 7 days:

• Use the Messages page in your account.

What is deleted and what we keep

• Deleted straight away: your name, email, phone, password, messages, payment screenshots, signed-in devices and notification tokens, and any parent link.
• Kept without anything that identifies you: payment records (amount and date) for accounting, and test answers for question-bank statistics. These can't be linked back to you after deletion.
